a. Methods: Out Loud Media DMCC offers various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and international shipping options. The available methods will be provided at the time of checkout.

b. Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. 

c. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times, especially in cases of carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

d. International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or issues related to customs clearance.

e. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided, where applicable, once the order has been shipped. Customers can track their orders through the carrier's website.

f. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Out Loud Media DMCC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

2.  Return and Exchange Procedures

a. Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted for physical products only, within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks, are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.

b. Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Any items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.

c. Initiation: To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us at support@nowyoucanafford.com with the order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

d. Authorization: Returns and exchanges must be authorized by Out Loud Media DMCC. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.

e. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

f. Inspection: All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by Out Loud Media DMCC. We reserve the right to verify the condition of the returned item(s) and determine eligibility for return or exchange.

g. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Conditions and Methods.

3. Digital Products

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges for digital products are generally not accepted due to the nature of electronic delivery, unless otherwise stated during the purchase. However, if you encounter technical issues or other problems with the digital product, please contact us for assistance.

Access and Usage: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technology and system requirements to access and use digital products. We are not responsible for issues related to compatibility, software, or hardware.

License and Restrictions: Digital products are provided under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Conditions and Methods 

a. Physical Products Refunds: We at Out Loud Media DMCC want to ensure that you are happy with your purchased items. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us first, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve your concern, we will issue a full refund of the purchased item(s) within fourteen (14) working days of your request, excluding taxes, shipping & handling cost. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment, subject to your compliance with these Terms and Privacy Policy. No right to refund beyond 30 DAYS from the purchase date.

b. Book Guarantee Details: Asking for a refund should be within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. We will refund the full amount, excluding any taxes, shipping and handling fees.

c. Digital Products Refunds: Refunds for digital products refunds will be available depending on the type of guarantee stated in our offer during the purchase time, and it’s subject to your compliance with these Terms and Privacy Policy. The Fast-Track Conversion Bundle Refund Policy:

If you apply the methods explained in our book and utilize all the tools and templates provided in the Fast-Track Conversion Bundle, and you do not see any sales increase within the first six months, we will refund the full amount you paid for the bundle.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this refund, you must meet the following conditions:
1. You must be the legal owner of an established business entity and have been at least 18 years old at the time of purchasing the bundle.
2. You must provide proof of purchase for the Fast-Track Conversion Bundle from Out Loud Media.
3. Your business must generate revenue through lead generation.
4. You must demonstrate that you implemented the strategies from the book and used the tools in the bundle, as verified by Out Loud Media.
5. You must provide independently verified revenue figures for the 6-month period after implementing the strategies and using the bundle. 
6. You must provide evidence that all recommended strategies in the book were implemented and all templates and tools in the bundle were used. This evidence should include:
- A verifiable third-party list of all received leads.
- Call logs and recordings (or emails, if applicable) showing follow-up with all leads.
- Copies of all sales scripts and objection-handling scripts used.
- A complete list of outcomes for all leads.

Refund Request Deadline:
You must submit your refund request within four weeks after completing a continuous 6-month period of implementing the strategies and using the templates and tools in the bundle. 
For example, if you implemented the strategies and used the templates from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, you must submit your refund request by July 28, 2024. Out Loud Media will verify your start and finish dates. Refund requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
